What is EFT?

EFT is similar to acupuncture, without the needles. The technique involves gently tapping on meridian points located mainly on the face and upper body. The philosophy of EFT is that all negative emotions are caused by a disruption in our body’s energy system. Tapping allows the opportunity for you to relax while tuning into your negative emotions and/or unfortunate event so that you are better able to focus on the situation. This technique allows you to release blockages, restoring balance to your energy system. What does that mean? You can be clearer to see solutions instead of just problems. Tapping makes the ‘unlearning’ much easier!

EFT is a surprisingly fast way to eliminate stress, cravings, phobias, and traumas no matter how entrenched they may seem. I ensure that all of my clients are taught this modality so that they can use it on themselves, anywhere, anytime! You will have the tools and ability to control your emotions instead of them controlling you.
