We all start out with the best of intentions. We do our best to eat healthy and exercise regularly and for a short time, we do really well. We may even start to feel (dare I say) proud of ourselves. Then, for whatever reason, we slowly start to lose our motivation.

Not so healthy foods start to sneak into our mouths while making time for exercise seems to fall off our list of priorities. Sound familiar??

Staying motivated and being consistent in achieving our goals seems to be one of the most difficult areas in many people’s lives. Why is that??

During this experiential workshop, you will learn reasons behind the lack of motivation and how to integrate practical tools needed to eliminate the self sabotaging behaviours that stop you from reaching your goals!
